Cancellations & Refunds

Custom and made-to-order items cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started — unless there's a manufacturing defect or error.

Color & Material Disclaimer

Colors, materials, and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to printing methods and screen settings.

File Storage

We may securely store your artwork for future reorders unless you ask us to delete it.
